• I do not want to have an “instant interview” with your chatbot
• I do not want to talk to your Virtual Recruiter
• I do not want to sign into your web portal
• I do not want to consent to have my application processed by an AI
• I do not want to “follow $companyName on LinkedIn for updates”
• I do not want to “opt in to receive SMS updates on my application and information about other positions”

I want you to give me a single form that asks all the questions in one shot. It’s not that hard, the <form> element has been widely supported since 2015
